At Hevora Home, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the guidelines set out in this policy. We strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Refunds cannot be provided for the following:

3. Restocking Fee

5. How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the return requirements listed above, you can begin the return process by following the steps below:
1. Send an email to: support@hevorahome.com
2. Please ensure your email includes the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return request
- A photo of the product, if there is any visible external damage
- The customer’s first and last name
- The customer’s address
Once we receive your email, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
Please do not send the product back to the sender’s address until you have received the proper return instructions from us.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days at support@hevorahome.com with a photo of the defect. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund. For recurring defects, we will refund the purchase amount.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
