Order and Delivery
We cover the shipping costs for you. No shipping fees will be charged.
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within the UK generally takes 6–13 business days, consisting of:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (This includes order confirmation, quality inspection, and secure packaging.)
- Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (The exact duration may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service.)
In most cases, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur during the shipping process.
If you have not received your order three days after the expected delivery date, please feel free to contact us, we are happy to assist you.
Because we work with multiple suppliers, it is possible that the products in your order are shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times. Is an item missing? No worries, the remaining products are usually delivered within 2 to 3 days. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
After placing an order on Hevora Home, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email, which includes your order number.

First, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email isn’t there either, feel free to contact us via our contact page, we’re happy to assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind, that’s completely fine. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Simply email us at support@hevorahome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Track & trace
After placing your order, you received an email with your order number. You can use this number to track your order.
Tracking information becomes available once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please note that it may take several hours for the tracking details to appear in their system.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Yes. Our site is SSL-encrypted, and all payments are securely handled. No payment data is ever stored on our servers.
We support a wide range of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Diners club, American Express, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are safely processed in British Pounds (GBP) through Shopify Payments.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to make adjustments. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
